When you are serving ketchup and mustard or hot nacho cheese and chili, this Avantco 12" x 20" electric countertop food warmer / topping station is the perfect, space-efficient addition to your ice cream shop, concession stand, or homestyle restaurant! Since it comes with (2) 7 qt. size condiment pumps, you can dispense measured portions of condiments or dips with a minimum of mess.
The 12" x 20" warmer accommodates up to (2) 7.5 qt. insets, or, if you remove the steam table adapter plate, you can set one full size food pan (or several smaller pans) inside and change your menu from soups and sauces to hot entrees, snacks, and side dishes.
This food warmer includes an easy-to-operate dial control and boasts a 1200W heating element to keep foods fresh and warm. It also preheats in as little as 30 minutes so you can set it up in advance, prepare your foods, and the warmer will be ready when you're done. The water well is made from heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant 20 gauge, 18/8 stainless steel, and features "min" and "max" water level markers for easy water maintenance.
Its lightweight design and 4' cord make this unit easy to transport and install just about anywhere, which is great for applications like catered events and food trucks. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

Simply put, the pumps are garbage. They are cast stainless steel, with very poorly machined internals. They wouldn't pump cheese sauce. Don't waste your money. I have time to write this review because WebstaurantStore wont answer their customer service phone, and their "Chat" is asleep at the wheel. I had a chat going, but it was mysteriously closed before I got any help. In short, the warmer works fine but the pumps are garbage.

The warmers work fine. That is not what this review is about. This review is about the pumps themselves. I have had problems with them from day 1. For starters, I bought two of these to handle hot fudge, hot caramel, butterscotch, and peanut butter at my ice cream shop. The very first day, I experienced problems with the peanut butter pump. You could push the pump as much as you wanted and it just wouldn't come out. Eventually, it started coming out of the pump hole itself. I figured maybe the peanut butter was the exception to the rule. One by one this has begun happening to them all. Now, not a single hot topping pump actually works and we have not been open for more than a week yet. I just said the hell with it and went out and bought ladles. The pump was good and convenient while it worked but not worth the headache. I have tried taking the pumps apart to figure out why they won't work but to no prevail. Save yourself the trouble and money and just buy the ladle version.
