As a cooker / warmer, this unit can be used to rethermalize precooked food from a frozen or refrigerated state, or even to hold already-hot products at safe temperatures for hours. The 12" x 20" warmer accommodates up to (3) 4 qt. insets, or, if you remove the steam table adapter plate, you can set one full size food pan (or several smaller pans) inside and change your menu from soups and sauces to chicken strips, french fries, egg rolls, or side dishes.
This food cooker / warmer includes an easy-to-operate dial control and boasts a 1500W heating element to keep foods fresh and warm. It also preheats in as little as 30 minutes so you can set it up in advance, prepare your foods, and the warmer will be ready when you're done. The water well is made from corrosion-resistant 20 gauge, 18/8 stainless steel, and features "min" and "max" water level markers for easy water maintenance.
Its lightweight design and 4' cord make this unit easy to transport and install just about anywhere, which is great for applications like catered events and food trucks. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

This thing gets hot! We don't cook our soup in this warmer, but it does get hot enough to cook food. It heats up very quick and holds our soup nice and hot.
This food warmer does the trick, simple to use, gets up to temp and holds the temp consistently. It has saved us so much time when serving soup.
I ordered this to replace a warmer that failed, I was a little shocked by how small it was but my fault I didn't read the description right, but I love it, I can make 3 soups and full the crocks as needed. gets very hot so remeber to turn it down after it heats up

We use this warmer cooker for our 2 soups and our bechamel sauce for our cheesesteaks. With a broccoli cheddar and the American cheese bechamel sauce even and consistent temperature are important and we have yet to have an issue
This food cooker works great. We do a lot of catering and outside events and it keeps the food warm and fresh. I would recommend this to all my friends and family

I use this for a soup warmer. I am glad I got the 1500 watt and not lower. I turn it up to 10 to bring it up to 170 for reheating. Then I lower it down to 5 to maintain it at a hundred and forty degrees. Excellent product.
These get very hot witch is great for cooking our chowder. Keeps chowder at the perfect temperature once all the way hot. Use this everyday have no complaints.
