This grease tray slides right out of the front facing of the griddle, so it's easy to remove and clean. It collects the grease and run off from the griddle, preventing dangerous buildup of flammable materials and allowing you to more easily clean your griddle.

The handle that came with the original grease tray separated from the drip pan. I contacted the WebstaurantStore and they quickly shipped this replacement out to me. Works like a charm as it should. Very happy with the sales rep who assisted me with this matter.
This grease tray is great for under our grill and is able to hold a days worth of grease for our burgers. The tray is easy to remove and empty and clean daily which is a necessity.
