All the components of this kit are conveniently contained in the Regency 16-gauge 304 stainless steel base. It includes (1) 1/3 size and (6) 1/6 size stainless steel steam table pans for keeping ingredients on hand has well as providing convenient storage. These pans are ideal for both hot and cold food, and settle directly into the base with ease. (36) 15 oz. foam brick cold packs are also included to keep your perishable food at a safe temperature! A 4 oz. ladle with a hollow, stainless steel handle and a 4" wok spatula with a wooden handle both come with the kit, making both cooking and serving techniques specialized for your stir-fry station! Also included is (1) set of 17 3/4" bamboo cooking and serving chopsticks; sturdy, solid, and attractive, this chopsticks set is the superior choice for all of your Asian cooking and serving applications.
This kit features a 208-240V, 3500 watt Avantco countertop wok induction range (Item #177IWC35 - see product page for details). The compact size paired with the light weight element bring convenience and portability to your station. The surface of the range only heats the bottom of induction-ready cookware and does not retain heat, making it safer for use around guests. The heat energy absorbs immediately into the cookware, allowing you to cook food quickly and efficiently. It accommodates up to a 14" wok and requires a 240V electrical connection for operation.
