This Avantco 6-hole steam table adapter plate makes it easy to adapt your steam table or warmer to fit changing needs and changing menus quickly and easily! The plate fits over a full size 12" x 20" pan opening and contains (6) 4 3/4" diameter holes, which are compatible with most 2.5 qt. round insets. It creates a clean look and professional appearance, while also preventing any spills and drips from getting into the well. It is made from type 201, 19 gauge stainless steel for easy cleanability and exceptional durability.
