Cost-effective and versatile, this Avantco CO-32M countertop convection oven is oven is great for supplemental baking, low-volume baking, and medium-volume reheating at coffee shops, kiosks, churches, and schools. Its half size cavity can handle up to (4) half size 13" x 18" sheet pans and has extra spacing between racks for taller food. Its compact design is great for small footprint and countertop needs with a recommended approximate usage of up to 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. Note: this unit is not intended for high-volume, high-temperature, or delicate baking requirements. Please see operation manual. To help produce consistent, quality results, the oven features a green push button that manually adds a burst of steam to the cavity while cooking. The 3/4" water connection makes set-up fast and simple. Steam injection helps product retain its natural moisture, enables better rises, and improves crusts!

Powered by 2,100/2,800W, the unit is equipped with two dial controls for adjusting the temperature between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and for setting the audible timer from 1 to 120 minutes, respectively. Each dial is accompanied by an indicator light too, which alerts the user to when each function is in operation. As the oven produces heat, dual convection fans work to spread the heat evenly around the cavity to ensure efficient and thorough cooking or baking. This oven includes a master on/off switch, which allows the user to turn off the unit without changing the temperature dial control.

Because the window in the door is tempered dual-pane glass, it allows employees to easily keep an eye on food while it's cooking. The door's improved hinge design is built to last through thousands of openings and closings. This, along with the full border gasket, helps seal-in heat and reduce risk of injury. Plus, the door's full-length, cool-touch handle provides easy oven access. Inside, the oven features a set of 4 wire shelves, which are adjustable to best accommodate your ever-changing tasks. Shelves can even be added and removed to accommodate multiple sheet pans or a single roast pan.

Made with a stainless steel interior, the oven cavity won't corrode or rust, even with the accidental spill or leak. The exterior of the oven, also made of stainless steel, provides overall durability for coffee shops and kiosks. To abide by food safety guidelines, the unit is equipped with 4" stainless steel legs, which raise the oven off of the countertop surface below for improved airflow and easy cleaning. A 208/240V electrical connection is required for operation.

Solid built over-the -counter oven, works as described. This convection oven preheats quickly. It bakes faster and it holds at high temperatures.. This is one of the better convection ovens I bought , I've only had the oven for a few months, so it's too early to comment on the durability but so far it does the job in my small cafe

We took a full size stove/oven out of a kitchen where we really only needed the oven function, and we now use this countertop unit. It works great for keeping pans warm and also does a great job of cooking multiple pans at once. It's well sealed and sturdy. The top does get warm, so we wouldn't recommend planning to have the top for stacking anything.

As soon as I got the oven I tried it and it works very well, I recommend turning the product in the middle of the cooking time as it burns on one side more than the other. I would have given 5 stars if the fan was a little faster.

The small size works well to place on our countertop in the kitchen of our coffee shop. We were able to take out the wire racks and slide the quarter-size baking sheets (https://www.webstaurantstore.com/bakers-mark-quarter-size-19-gauge-wire-in-rim-aluminum-bun-sheet-pan/407BUNQRTR.html) directly into the oven. We use it to bake scones and it has worked pretty well. When following the baking directions on the box of scones for baking with a convection oven, they were undercooked. This could be to poor cooking directions from the scones too. we were able to adjust the cooking times and they now turn out great.

Not bad considering the price, although its ready to be replaced after 13 months and I wont be getting another one. To be fair, it is used for toasting sandwiches all day in a busy deli. The fan is far slower than I was expecting and the door seal hasn't stayed in place since it arrived. While it is still working, the door springs are worn out and wont keep the door closed. For home use you should be happy but anything involving commercial food service, keep looking.

I searched for months to find an affordable but heavy duty half-size convection oven. The home models were too flimsy or small, and most commercial models were way out of my price range. The Advantco was exactly what I was looking for. It runs on normal household current, but is still plenty powerful. It is all stainless construction and comes with four baking racks. The oven fan is quite powerful. You really need to be careful about opening it while it’s running, because you will be blasted with hot air. I did notice, as other reviewers have commented, that it has a hot spot, and you really should rotate the food half way through the cooking process. One unusual design is where the heating element is located. I would have expected the element to be at the top and/or bottom of the oven, but it coils around the convection fan in the rear. My single biggest complaint is that it has no oven light. I have to keep a portable clip on light handy to hook onto the oven handle in order to clearly see inside while the food is cooking. I sure wish Advantco would consider putting in an oven light – it would make this countertop convection oven near-perfect. Cleaning involves taking off the for screws that old the housing around the fan and two screws on the sides that old the chrome rails that the baking racks fit into. Then you have complete access to the interior. I’ve done one thorough cleaning since I owned it, and it came out looking like it was brand new.

Heating not consistent, we are having trouble getting our baked goods to cook evenly with this oven. Have adjusted temp, spacing, turning and cannot seem to make it work for us. Small coffee shop that offers baked goodies so oven is crucial, sadly would not recommend if baking evenly is a priority.

This is a nice little oven. This oven is not use very often, as it is a back up oven, but this oven is a full-size convection oven that does not take up too much room and fits nice, and conveniently on a stainless steel stand.

Amazingly consistent! We use this oven all the time in our kitchen. The back top corners get a little hotter than the rest of the unit, so depending on what you put in there you might have to rotate your trays at some point. Once we figured out a system it's been a gem to use.

As far as the functionality of the oven, it does everything it should and does it pretty well. It's slightly uneven and has some "hot spots" but for an affordable oven, I think you have to expect this. I am overall really happy with the oven. Works great for warming up our pastries and baking cookies. The one thing is it did just stop working completely one day. I contacted Webstaurant directly, with in just a few short minutes, I got a response back from Webstaurant saying they had heard back from the manufacture and are either sending me a brand new one or giving me credit to purchase a different product. I have to say, I was going to give this unit a much lower rating but because of the incredible customer service, I am giving it a 4 star rating. Hope this review helps!

Perfect size for our small diner. It can fit a 12" pizza which is ideal for what we need. We also use it for stromboli and toasted sandwiches. It seems to be sturdy and well built.

I haven't used this oven enough to have mastered the art of convection yet, but I am definitely liking it! Seems that there is a sweet spot to find in just how much to lower the temperature and/or adjust the baking time. But it's certainly not rocket science, and practice makes perfect. Great little oven!

This is a great priced product. Heats up quickly and cooks quicker than a standard residential oven. I can fit more product in at one time. I had noticed that the seal that suppose to press on the glass wasn't making contact in some spots, so some heat loss is happening and hard to tell if it is holding temperature. Maybe the seal will seal itself after I use the product a while.

This oven is great. We bake all of our pastries at our coffee shop: scones, loaves, muffins, cookies, brownies, all kinds of baked goods. We also use it to cook off chicken and bacon for our salads. The items are best rotated, like most convection ovens, to prevent browner spots or lopsided muffins from the fan blowing, but with a turn or two mid bake the items come out lovely! I don’t always use a timer, but with the recipes I’ve used with times on them it is fairly accurate for completion on a cook/bake.

The feet are the first things to fall off. It’s kind of eecpected. We move this around quite a bit so I like how it is lightweight enough. Any larger and we wouldn’t be able to move it. It’s decent, although I would bake in here. Mostly we use it to reheat or toast.

This is the most amazing countertop oven I've ever purchased. It is definitely commercial. It bakes much faster than my regular household oven which I have in my business. It Cooks like the big $5,000 commercial ovens but is more compact I personally can fit 12 leg quarters in it at one time and they come out lovely. A must have for an economic chef

This little guy has been an absolute legend. We turn him on in the morning for pastries and then again for lunch time hot foods. Quick to heat up, never been a problem in the nine months we've been running. For the price, you really cant go wrong. And we work him pretty hard!. We do have to rotate trays mid way through baking to get the best result which is not that unusual for most ovens.

This convection oven works wonders! I use to be a food demonstratior and we mostly used convection ovens to prepare samples food items. This made me want a convection oven for my home. This oven cooks food quick and evenly through out. Nice countertop size too. I prefer to use this oven when cooking frozen food items such as pizza, wings, fish Stix than using my conventional oven. Two knobs, one for timer and the other for temperature gauge. Three convenient racks to cook a large portion of food if needed. Great by, plus I got it on sale!

This was the cheapest, largest counter top convection oven I could find. I didn't have a big budget and needed to make this work. The first thing I noticed while I was baking veggies was the seal between the door and the oven would leak steam and water would start to drip down the front door. I tried fixing the seal but it just doesn't seem to fit properly. The second thing I noticed was the veggies in the back would brown first so I started to rotate the baking sheets 180 degrees halfway through the cooking process and that works wonders. Overall i'm satisfied for the time being, I do plan on replacing this in the future with a larger higher quality oven.

This is our second Avantco oven. The first was 1/2 sheet size and after less than 12 months had to discard it because the door would not stay closed. The Webstaurant store was kind enough to refund our money. We purchased this 1/4 size oven in February and it is holding up well. Purchasers should understand that Avantco products may be very inexpensive, but they are not the best built product you might expect. This quarter size unit came with a few flaws and design shortfalls, but we have adapted to its quirks and it serves our needs for baking chicken and roasting vegetables. . If I had to buy it again, I would, unless I was going to use it for some delicate type baking purposes where precise temperature control is a must. Pros: the oven door closes well every time so far Cons: The thermostat numbers are not accurate. You will need to insert a thermometer until you get used to where to set the dial for the temperature you need. We always use 350 and with this unit we have to turn the dial to 400 to get a fairly consistent 350. The shelf rack placement was designed poorly. There are three shelves and the top level is so high there is little room for clearance. Avantco could have easily lowered the entire shelf setup as there is ample space below the low shelf. Also, the racks are very thin steel and flex too easily minimizing the weight they hold. There is a timer switch but it only rings a bell, it doesn't shut off the oven, which is weird. Why bother with a switch if that's all it does? If you're looking for a basic use oven without any fine baking requirements you will get your value with this unit. I expect it well last a few years, but that's just a guesstimate.

I highly recommend this oven. Pros; It heats up in minutes, and it is inexpensive. Cons; the temp dial is worthless you have to by an oven thermometer, and the timer is only good for 60min.

Received the oven (2015-4-28), opened and tested. Electrically supping the oven with a measured 119.5-VAC, 20 AMP, 12 gauge circuit. 1: Removing the plastic protective covering on the top and sides of the oven went smoothly. 2: Beautiful high quality stainless steel inside and out. 3: Commercial duty construction. 4: Heats quickly, uniformly, and quiet. (SPL 58db, 1 meter from unit) 5: The new production run addresses the convection fan issue. Fan now stays on along with the heating element during the entire heating cooking cycle. 6: Good thermal insulation between the inner and outer stainless steel. Outer shell top is cooler than other ovens. 7: Simple controls. 8: Heavy duty 14 gauge power cord. 9: WEBstaurantStore.com ...excellence in website design, customer service and support. The not so good: 1: The protective plastic covering the door, is difficult to totally remove from the top corners of the door. Some still stuck under the stainless steel folds of the door corners. (see photo) 2: Essential to remove the stainless steel door handle allowing complete removal of the plastic protective covering the face of the door. No big deal, two small fillips screws, nonetheless must be done. 3: Due to the colors and design of the front label, it is very difficult to read the temperature and timer settings. 4: The cheep neon indicating lamps are awful. Lamps turn out to be useless. The green "Working" light is difficult to view. Turning room lights off helps. 5: The red "Power" light is brighter by a small margin, still difficult to see. (Indicating lamps need to be replaced with heat tolerant high brightness LED's). The bad: 1: Scratch on the inside center of the outer glass of the oven door. (Questions quality control) 2: When the timer ends it does NOT turn OFF the oven. The "TIMER" is downright USELESS. (Nothing more than a egg timer that ends with a low SPL bell sound) 3: Timer does NOT turn OFF oven consequently this can often lead to over cooking in a busy environment, loud environment or by simple forgetfulness. 4: Timer does NOT turn OFF (mains disconnect) the oven, a possible fire hazard and wastes energy. 5: Timer configuration never mentioned until reading the packaged operating manual. 6: CE and ETL listed but NOT certified or approved. 7: Unit is NOT UL listed or approved. Sum in one word; disappointed. A fantastic oven in need of a few production changes. The oven can easily become close to perfect.

I love the size of this oven. It worked very well for about a year and a half, only using it for a few hours a day. After 1.5 years the motor went out. Spend the extra money and upgrade.

Purchased this oven for our mold manufacturing company and it works great. Tons of room inside the oven for running prototypes. Heat is pretty consistent as well. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a tabletop solution that's still spacious enough for larger capacity items.

The Avantco portable countertop ovens are great. They heat up pretty quickly and are easy to move, which is very important for our catering team. One issue we have found is that with frequent opening the door will become loose and the oven loses it seal. We may have to repair our. That being said however, these are great ovens and we highly recommend them, especially if you need a portable oven for catering gigs.

This is a compact oven that pretty much does its job. It's about the size of a microwave. The top rack is too high to use for anything other than cookies. I found that if I remove all the racks and simply insert quarter sized pans without them, I can use all three tiers. After about 3 months, this oven had an electrical short and would blow a circuit, simply by plugging it in. I was about to pack it up to return it, when I decided to have someone take a look at it. Apparently there is a poor design with the wiring connector. The technician simply used a different (already available) connector inside. It took about 4 minutes for him to fix. I would have given this oven 5 stars, but for this petty problem.

We have only had the over for about a week but it works great. Heat up very fast and cooks food well. Chicken tenders and Mozzarella sticks come out hot and crispy, just like from a fryer but without the old. It hold 3 1/4 sheet pans so you can make a lot of food at once.

I have had no issues with this countertop oven. It puts off very little heat, which is great in the small space we have it in. Like any oven, it does have some hot spots, so I rotate my sheets halfway through. I have had no complaints and am contemplating purchasing a second one!

Although I measured this now that its on the counter it feels much larger than I thought it would. The openings between the racks are also relatively low so you can't bake anything very tall.

We've had this little unit for our brewery for just a little over a year. We use it to heat our pretzels, melt our cheese for our crostini's, Heat up our flatbread pizza's and sandwiches, and anything else we put on the menu for light heating needs. I have only had these ovens for a couple of months, but as of right now, I love them. They were extremely affordable, stack easily, and hold a lot of food. Other reviewers are right in noting that most of the time, you won't actually use 4 sheet pans in them because of the limited height - really the only thing I've been able to do that with is bacon or other flat meat products, like sausage links, etc. But you can certainly fit 3 cupcake pans or anything like that with no trouble. Great buy!

I cannot say enough great things about this oven, I have two of them and they are wonderful. I started a small bakery and these helped me bypass getting an expensive hood system installed. My production capacity with two of these is essentially the same as a residential oven, though there is the benefit of being able to bake at different temperatures. A few nuances that I have noticed: - Goods will bake faster, and some recipes will need to have the temperature reduced by 25-50 degrees (creme brulee, cheesecake) - While it has the capacity for four racks/trays, it's really best to do two at a time max as the heat isn't distributed as evenly with more than two trays in at a time. And for macarons, I only ever load on tray at a time. You can only fit two, half size cupcake pans in at once, meaning that you can essentially bake 24 cupcakes at one time in this oven. I use tulip liners and space the pans out and they work well. - There is no broiler feature (not an application I have use for but something to keep in mind.) - Oven is made to utilize commercial half-size pans. I have some pans I got a deal on but they were just slightly too large, intended for home use. - The fan make a noticeable sound but it's not overly loud or obnoxious. - There is no oven light. Honestly for the price, these ovens are a great bargain and perfect if you're starting a food operation on a low budget. I run them both five days a week for usually at least 8 hours.

I have a small boutique pie shop. I use this oven to bake our pies. It seems the back, right portion of this oven is hotter than the rest as my pies on that side tend to burn. So I have to regularly rotate my pies during the cooking process to prevent them from burning. Other than that glitch this oven bakes my pies very well. Flakey crust cooked all the way through and much quicker than our regular electric oven. I would buy another one if I needed it - I really like it. I recommend it for a small bakery/shop environment on a limited budget.

I have never had or used a convection oven before so this was a new toy in the kitchen. this thing really cooks fast, in many cases twice as fast as a conventional oven. this means a lot to a small store with limited staff. I can really get fresh made orders out quick. very well built unit, only negative to me is that it could use a better, more precise, timer. I have a magnetic digital timer mounted on the front of the stove that I can set to the second and this solves my timer problem. overall it is an excellent product.

I just received this oven and fired it up for a test bake using some croissants. While it is a small oven and you do have to rotate the pans, you also need to do that in any other convection oven unless you get a rotational rack oven. This oven is solid, clean, runs quiet, and heats up/maintains its heat very quickly. Not sure what the negative reviews are for, but this seems like a great oven so far.

We use this oven is our concession stand to heat soft pretzels and other convenience foods. Works great for us. Does not pull much power and heats items we use in 2 to 3 minutes, perfect for our use. We do have to be sure to clean crumbs from the bottom around the door gasket to maintain the seal. Other than that works great. We have owned this for 3 years and use it constantly 4 to 5 hours a day.

This item came with a piece unattached, once we figured out it was reverse threaded it went back in to place easily. We have limited space in our kitchen and this oven does a great job for the size. We have issues keeping the temperature regulated and the adjustment dial seems to be a bit off. We bought an inexpensive oven thermometer and that makes it easier to regulate now. We are looking at buying another to stack. It cooks nicely for the size/cost.

This unit works as well as can be expected for a countertop oven. It's 'convection' qualities leave much to be desired. The edges are definitely hot spots and baked goods baked off in here are mediocre when compared to baked goods baked off site in our large convection oven. We use this unit in our very small restaurant for toasting of bread, finishing off of par-cooked bacon to get it to crisp, and daily baking of scones and cookies on site. It's interior size is its best feature. I personally like that it does not have an automatic timer to turn off. I would purchase this unit again if ever necessary.

The Avantco CO-14 Countertop Convection oven I bought from you; Every time I use it, it set´s off an awfull vibrating and racketeering noice. The noise it makes is almost unbarable and it doesn´t stop until I am trough baking. In the description of this item on your site: You did not alert us about this problem. All I have had since I bought this oven from you are problems. First the oven came without the racks. Then you mailed the wrong racks. And then it took for ever till I got the right racks.... Now I wonder if they realy are the right racks? Because of the noice they make. Is there anything that can be done to solve this problem? If not, I would like to return ithe OVEN.

We use this oven mostly during the baking classes. It is a bit tricky to use, it takes a while to heat up. It also has significant hot spots located diagonally, which makes it difficult not to burn cakes baked on half size sheets. When baking smaller products, it works okay. Its size and weight make it very convenient to transport when needed.

I love this new oven! It's perfect for home use and the instructions are simple to read! They had forgotten the racks however, once I contacted them about it, it came immediately and I was excited about using it. The oven is very good at baking cakes, cupcakes and cookies! For bread, it doesn't work too well however, you have to open the oven and turn it in certain angles to make sure the bread browns evenly. Not a problem since I usually bake cupcakes and cookies. I totally recommend this!

Bought this oven to replace a Turbo Chef and it fits our needs perfectly. We have a small cafe and are using it to make sandwiches and heat up small items. We love it bc the Turbo Chef was pumping out so much heat even when idle. This oven is quiet - the only thing I will say is that when the fan is blowing there is a rattling sound that sounds like the it's hitting a piece of metal inside. And the door is very squeaky for some reason. Nothing a little WD40 can't fix I'm sure

This oven is simply amazing. I purchased it for personal use in my RV - because RV ovens are so bad! This oven rivals my dual convection oven in my house! I love it! I am very pleased with this product. I read mixed reviews on it before purchasing and I was very apprehensive, but after the purchase, I can say that I love this oven. My only complaint at this point would be the dial for the temperature and timer isn't precise. You have to guesstimate on it, but its a great product.

Excellent convection oven for a great price! The oven itself is actually relatively light, so you can move it around, if need be. It's quite and works really nicely, and doesn't take up a ton of space. Perfect for small loads of things that need to get baked. The only slight downside is that the dial is not terribly accurate/easy to read, so you have to eyeball the temperature on the dial, to the best of your ability.

First of all the power cord was backward compared the spec sheet. Major hot spots and runs low on temperature. Within two months we decided to get something better, now just need to figure out how to get rid of this one or sell it. As a business owner it’s annoying to spend time on things like this.

Got this today, and during the initial seasoning run I noticed the fan was noisy, more so as it stopped. It was hitting on the shield in the back of the oven. I took the shield off (I am an appliance repairman) and discovered the nut on the fan had not been tightened! The fan was flopping around. Tightened it up (reverse thread) and all is nice & quiet now. 5- minute fix, but should not have been needed had QC been on the ball! One big downer has to do with the protective film on the unit that has to be removed. The film comes off okay, but that on the door was applied to the panel before the door was put together. Thus, some of the film is under the lips of the other door panels, and will not come out, leaving a ragged plastic piece of film on our beautiful stainless oven!

This oven has its quirks! I know they say every oven is a learning experience, so let me share what I've learned. The hot spot is the back right-hand side of the oven. If you bake with more than 2 trays, the temperature will drop too much to keep a consistent bake, so you will have to add time to all of your items. You will have to rotate SOME items, not all. Anything in rows. Surprisingly enough, I have baked cakes and cookies at the same time, and I found that the cakes do not need to be turned at all. They bake really evenly thanks to the circular shape. From time to time, this oven rattles. It is not completely stable inside. Make sure your trays are not directly touching the back of the oven, and be sure to clean it frequently!!!!! Also, take good care of the seal. Mine seemed to be a little worn on day one, and I kick myself for not speaking up about it. The seal on the oven door must be watched closely. I would recommend this oven for very light use. If you are starting a small business, this is not the right oven for you.

Works as a casual oven in a small cafe. It does have several hot spots and we need to split the baking time to constantly flip the pan back to front and even which trays are on each rack. Top burns, middle back gets crispy. No consistency. I would recommend a better brand but if you are looking to only bake a few times a week this will do with some care.
