Product Features
For use with the Avantco HP series heating/proofing mobile cabinets, this 177DRWRHP control drawer assembly serves as a direct replacement in the event of a damaged or worn out drawer that originally comes with the unit. The piece features all the controls necessary for operation of your mobile cabinet, including a toggle power switch, adjustable heat and humidity settings, and an easy-to-read temperature display. Plus, a removable design means this drawer is easy to install, in addition to making it easy to remove and clean. This drawer attaches using one wingnut in the back of the cabinet. No tools are needed.
Front access controls ensure easy use, and aluminum construction provides long-lasting durability. A water pan is fitted in the drawer's center and is used to generate humidity in the cabinet during proofing mode, or can be used during holding mode to keep food items from drying out. Also included are a heating element and blower, ensuring that you have everything you need to get your heating / proofing cabinet up and running again!

Worked as intended. Crazy easy to install, just unscrew (by hand) your old drawer assembly's rear wing nut on the cabinet, pull it out, then push the new one in. No tools or anything and you're back running within 5-10 minutes without having to buy a whole new cabinet.

Unfortunately, not a great experience with this product. Believe the reviews and purchase a different unit. Item arrived damaged 9 months ago, customer service was accommodating and able to give us a discount rather than having to return. Worked great for the past 8 months, but started to give out and has now completely died 9 months in. Customer service chat is helpful and a nice feature. But, informed me that the warranty only lasts 30 days and there is nothing they can do to help. What an expensive lesson to learn about Avantco products.

Product failed within months of use, second replacement and the samething, it blew the brakers. electrical issue. Garbage. and of course warranty for product useless

I received 2 replacements of this unit that all failed. Stay away from this item and all other Avantco products for they are cheap and do not last.

under warranty, I have had 4 of these sent to me and each one has either shot sparks or wasn't grounded properly. I thought that this many failed products must be a mistake so i had an electrician make sure my outlets and breakers were working properly. well it turns out Im all good and this product is a LEMON!
