Avantco EB100 Single Burner Countertop Range - 120V

Our company uses this burner every single day and for hours. they haet vey fast. easy to accomodate because is small. cooks very well foods.

I love this little single burner for the countertop. The coil heats up very quickly and doesn't use a lot of energy, so for a high-rise kitchen where space (and outlets) is always a premium this 'extra range' is ideal. We use ours for making fish stock or chicken stock in a 6 qt stock pot. And for the price backed by a 'we stand behind our products' customer guarantee, you can't go wrong with this countertop range.

Great burner! Fits easy on even narrow countertops and is super lightweight! It's nice that it has two large burners as oppose to a lot of the others with one small and one big.

Same as the other. I haven't used it, but I plugged it in it works.

Good price. We use this in our deli to make homemade soups for our lunch crowd. Unit was a good fit for the small amount of counter space we have available.

These work great! They take up a limited amount of space and fit almost anywhere. The only down side is if you boil something over really bad it is hard to clean.

We love this product. We needed some extra cooking space besides for our main stove in our kitchen so we purchased this product as an extra cooking range. It's small and compact making it easy to put in small spaced. Very easy to wipe down and clean. The heat levels are great.

Not bad for the price. It doesn't boil water too great though, the main reason we bought it. You can't use a pot that's bigger than the eye. We can only do about 2 quarts at a time so making our pasta salad takes a while but it does do it. Saves space in our food trailer though.

Perfect for what we needed in our temporary situation, Fast delivery and item arrived without damage. Would recommend this item . It gets the job done on small jobs.

I love this item!! Can boil a few quarts of water quickly and it's a nice sized burner. I've cooked a few meals on this now and it's been wonderful!

It's a nice little burner system. I had no problem heating eggs, shrimp, ect. However, please take notice of the BTU's I cannot get it hot enough to reach a rolling boil for water or other items. It reaches a certain hot temp and then turns itself off. Nice for small jobs though.

Doesn't work as well as i would like. Planning on ordering something different. I like how small which is good because we don't have much room. I wish it worked better.

What a great economical product. We only need to use a burner every so often so having a traditional cook top would be a waste. Just pull it out, plug it in and done.

I had my doubts about this little electric burner but after the first day my doubts were lifted. Heats up fast and maintains temperature, my biggest plus is it cools down quickly. Very happy with this product by Avantco.

These are a great alternative to gas powered portable stoves! The cut down on the dangers of having an open flame on a buffet line! Cools quickly too!!

I bought 2 double burners, this one and a waring one and this one doesn't get as hot as the other one, so this is great for warming up and low to medium temperatures.

Lightweight, easy to use and minimal in space requirements. Excellent value and addition to our small operation! We purchased 2 for catering offsite as well! Only issue...be sure to have on a level surface.

I am an event planner. I had a recent event at a venue that did not have kitchen facilities and i needed to cook a dish on site. I purchased this item to make it easy and efficient. I was able to find a clean place to cook, plug it in and quickly throw it together...was so awesome to have this on hand.

These burners are really great. I purchased two because I was catering a wedding that has no stove in the facility. I am glad I made the right decision.

We bought it as an extra burner for warming. It is fine for that. You would not be satisfied if you were trying to boil in a large pot. It has a red light that comes on when the burner is heating but it does turn off when it reaches temperature. For safety issues I wish it had an on light rather than temperature light.

The double burner works great, it’s portable. I use it to melt chocolate and have no problem. I am able to have two saucepans going at once. Great value, lightweight, easy to clean

Great product for the price. I needed something to take along with me to food events that I could set up quickly to keep stuff warm. I've had two 8q pots on it keeping soup warm - perfect. I've also cooked on it using a flat-bottomed wok. No major BTUs but you need to be sure it suits your intended purpose for it. I understand that the cord is short for safety reasons, but I wish they could have made it just a bit longer. Therefore the four stars.

You would think you were cooking on a full size range. I have a very tiny cafe and so we cannot lose space by having a conventional stove top and so instead we purchased 2 of these and they work at the same speed as a regular range. I love them!

nice little double burner cooktop. we use for making additional sauces for our meals. just enough power to not burn and great value and light weight.

I use this product to saute veges. It does the job for the price. I think I got this on sale and am not disappointed in the purchase.

I think I should have known what I was getting into when I ordered a couple of these burners, but I do have mixed feelings about them. Being able to plug them into a generator at my vendor stand is very convenient, but it took me over an hour just to boil water on it. For the price, it is understandable but that’s still a very long time to wait, especially when I have lines of people waiting for their Mac and cheeee. Also, it is very hard to clean. Stains just don’t want to come out of it for some reason. For a business like mine I would not recommend this, but If it’s just for household use then I would recommend it.

The Avantco EB102 Double Burner Countertop Range is a perfect extra set of burners but especially wonderful for an area like my small bakery where I do not otherwise have burners. I rarely need them so these are super to pull out when needed and easily store when not needed! Thanks so much!

Looking for a countertop double burner, for cooking hard candy with and I have found the perfect burner. Place the order and got the shipment within a week, which was very fast, Item was packed well. Would recommend this item.

Was dubious about buying this because the price was so good. It's actually great. Very portable, which works for us as we have a small kitchen and would use it infrequently. Easy to clean, and boils a quart of water very quickly!

This little burner gets the job done, but electric coil burners are not my favorite choice for cooking. I much prefer a butane burner for consistent heat. But this burner works OK for boiling a moderate amount of water or cooking grains or heating soup, and it allows me to conserve my butane fuel for sautéing and frying. I've been using this electric burner for two years now and it still works fine, so I'd say it was a worthwhile purchase.

This burner is a bit slow in heating as other reviewers have mentioned. It also is lightweight, but I don't think that's a bad thing. For the specs it carries, it does its job of heating smaller amounts of food. Just don't expect it to boil a large stock pot of liquids, and it definitely won't get hot enough to caramelize sugar even to soft ball stage.

Great product stay on with adjustable temps

The burner was a bit slower than expected. it doesn't get very hot, which is what I need for frying up snacks. I should have purchased the other one with higher wattage. However, if you are in need of medium temps, this will work fine.

We are thoroughly impressed with this dual burner! In a 12qt stock pot we were able to reach boiling in about 10 minutes. It’s super sturdy and efficient.

This single burner is very light that it is so easy to cary. I use it for live demo and cooking classes. The surface is very easy to clean.

We purchased this to use when we do cooking demos. It works well and heats up fast. Also comes in handy when the power goes out - but you'll need a generator ;)

The Avantco double burner is a great little countertop range. Small and lightweight, we have actually used it more for camping. Also works great for catering.

This burner does the job for smaller pans and does the job well. I wouldn't attempt 10 Qt. stock pots on this model; no small-coiled burner appreciates that kind of abuse anyways.

Decent for the price. We don't use it too often and it works for what we need it to. I would not recommend for high volume as it takes a while to heat. I would recommend a butane gas one if you are looking to heat things quickly and use more frequently than once a week.

Works very well. Probably the best money I’ve spent with WebstaurantStore. I had purchased a similar one but much larger and never could use it as it takes up to much space on my food truck. This is the perfect replacement

This is better then I expected. We needed a small burner to fit on the counter top and this did the trick. It gets hot pretty fast and holds the temperature steady. Great purchase for the price!

This burner is a great bargain when you are operating on a small budget. My only request would be to have more space between the burners, otherwise this is a great deal. Be aware of the power specs, you might be better served with a single burner if you are concerned about power usage.

This item is great works perfectly for our shop. It heats everything to temperature and can hold the size pot we need. Glad we ordered
