Ordered this item to facilitate stuffing Jalapeno peppers with chili mixture for bacon wrapped chili jalapenos. Attached to sausage stuffer and pumped chili mix right in to hollowed out peppers.

Unfortunately, stuffing sausages on our meat chopper is a pain and one of the issues is that the plastic creates drag and heat in the sausage mix. Stainless is the way to go
