Takes a little while to heat up but once its heated it can get pretty hot. Good quality overall. The switch is also convenient. Cannot adjust the temp however.

If I could give this product less than 1 star, I would. I have had these strip warmers for less than 6 months and both toggle switches have broke leaving me with no available food warmers. They broke back to back. Very disappointed with the product quality.

Arrived damaged from Webstaurantstore.com It looks like it was damaged before it was even shipped, judging from the packaging. Seller is charging me a "restocking fee" which isn't fair at all. Buyer BEWARE!!
