Avantco W300BK 6 Qt. Round Black Warmer - 120V, 300W

I use this warmer to melt my caramel at events to produce caramel apples. Best thing ever! Very easy to use, gets caramel ready with 2 hours.

I love my electric rice cooker as it is easy to cook rice and is very easy to clean. The rice tastes really good and is always fresh. I recommend this rice cooker.

This is a smaller version of the warmer that stores chowders for our deli line. Works well and cleans up easily. Great price for the product. Would highly recommend.

Overall a tough and resilient product. We have used these every weekend for over a year and they all continue to work. Only complaint is the feet on them will fall off making the pots sit uneven. Make sure to tighten the feet very tightly to make sure they stay on.

I have been using this for two years, and have had no problems. It takes up very little space yet holds a good amount of food. I use it for hot holding of slow roasted pork and it does a great job. One problem is the lid latch broke, so I just use a pot lid.

This warmer does the trick. Used it to warm nacho cheese the ease of keeping the cheese's in the can it came in was really nice.

This product would probably work great for soups/sauces, but for the warming of caramel that comes in a can, it takes forever to get caramel ready to dip apples. I bought this item only because the video showed the ease of heating the caramel up, It simply did not work that well for me and the use I needed it for.

This has held up extremely well. We use it every day, and it does a great job holding temperature. It cleans up easily, and is a smaller footprint, which is always good in any kitchen!

Great product with the exception of the hinged lid. It does not come with any instructions on how to fit the hinged lid in place and we struggled for over an hour trying to get it to work. Finally gave up and just use the lid as an separate item. Great product otherwise.

Super little food warmer. It does the same thing all the other ones do at a fraction of the cost. Avantco does it again with this warmer.

I appreciate the good price to performance ratio. This warmer works great and is easy to clean. Lid apparatus is clunky and could use some improvement in the design.

These kettles are really great for people that are amperage conscience. In a food truck environment, we really need to keep an eye on how much electricity we draw. At only 300 watts, this unit allows for good heat transfer in a decent amount of time; combined with a consistent product after you've hit the right temp and texture. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a good cheese warmer without tripping the breakers!

Not only do these warmers look good, but they work well and have a small footprint so you can put them wherever you need them even if space is limited.

I have to say alot about this product, I own 5 of them and they have paid me back tons of times over, I use them, for my hot dogs, chili, Nacho Cheese, melted chocolate, I've used them for two years now and they are still going, the only problem I've ever had is the thermostat sensor may come loose from the inside bottom, but it's easy to fix

This product has worked perfectly for us. We use it to serve hot fresh oatmeal each morning to our guests. They really appreciate this option over the packets of oatmeal we used to offer.

Smaller size and slim soup kettle is great for holding small batches of soup for a lunch or dinner period for a quick service take out restaurant.

We are very happy with this warmer. We use it in the winter for soups and in the summer as a hot fudge warmer. Easy to clean as well.

Love this thing! We use it to keep our gelato scoops clean & on the warmer side (easier to scoop that way) and it does the trick. We did have to put another circular metal container on the inside though because the scoops we bought on here (the "non-stick ice cream scoopers") were small enough that they fit in the container horizontally and disappeared under the water! Just be aware of this - you might want to do what we did or just get taller scoops. Love it regardless!

Purchased to mainly use for warming #10 cans. No issues with warmer, warmed can in about 2 hours on high setting. Enjoying this product. Will post a video when I use again, waiting to see how well it keeps my sausage and cream cheese dip warm.

Nice food warmer, makes it easy for servings staff to keep things warm and sanitary. The spoon slot is nice so the spoon does not have to leave the container.

I would give this a five star, however, I have had problem with it taking a long time to heat. These aren’t super quick at getting going. The only other issue is that it is a little difficult to get the lid on and off when taking apart or putting back together before or after cleaning.

This warmer is so good, when I received the warmer without seeing the instruction, then we didn't put water inside, and it would not go the warm function, unless you put water, the warmer work very well.

We use these for all sorts of things, holding soups, holding hollandaise, holding gravy. They are versatile and look really nice. They have held up really well. Another great buy from avantco/webstaurant!

This is very good warmer, we have 2 big warmers but too much space, I am still testing to make sure which number is holding temperature around 140, we will buy another one if everything is going good for saving our space:)

Ok product, really didn’t work that well for what we purchased it for. Watched the video about using for caramel apples, not as easy as the video makes it appear. The caramel took hours to get soft enough to dip apples.

This warmer definitely does the job. We have had no problems in keeping temperature and it is easy to adjust. The only issue we've had is that the lid is a little difficult to figure out. It is a little frustrating but works OK once you get the hang of it. The lid does have a space for the spoon and everything comes apart for cleaning. I would give it 5 stars if the lid were easier to put together and use.

We use this to dip frozen treats in and it's perfect for what we need. Being on a food truck with limited power the 300 watts it only takes to heat is great.

We used this to warm melted cheese and it did great, had to figure out settings for warming but once you play around with it you can find the right temp. Always check the water level is important to operation.

Best investment so far. we bought this one for like 2 years already and still work great until now. we use it daily . Very useful, keep food hot all the time

This warmer was the perfect size for our pasta fagioli! We previously ordered two of the bigger Avantco warmers which are great for other soups we sell. They are easy for the waitresses to use and easy to clean.

Haven't used them yet, but they are exactly what I needed. I think they will be prefect for apple dipping. The magnetic label holder is a great addition

Great product for the restaurant and the size makes it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper. The warmer heats up quick and keeps things warm

We use this to keep nacho cheese warm for the snacks we sell. It is very large but it does it's job. The top fits a little weird but if you know how to properly put it on, it's fine.

Great size hight and is the same size as my blender. it's definitely not too bulky. Will use for nacho cheese and melting caramel for my business.

We use our Avantco stainless steel food warmer for our marinara sauce. We serve a lot of mozzarella sticks at our grill and this keeps the sauce at temp.

This little countertop warmer is great. I use it to hold soup in for service, and it does exactly that. Easy to use, only a couple pieces that all come out easy to clean, and the temperature knob has a wide range which I find to be best for my soups right in the middle.

The caramel is amazing and easy to work with and our customers really enjoy our candy apples. We have also made the clusters with the caramel and our customers preferr without the chocolate. We are very satisfied with this product...

As always, shipping was fast and the product arrived in good condition. We're using this warmer in our snack bar. It provides a great, professional look and keeps the nacho cheese at the perfect temperature to meet food safety standards. It's easy to use and clean.

Worth the money, but has problems. We bought one of these, and then another to hold soup, and they performed perfectly for a little over a year. So for the price I have to say they are well worth it. However, after a little over a year, the heating element on one of them went bad, and shortly thereafter the other one started leaking - a little drip from the water bath, which seems to be the result of rivets around the interior of the well, fairly low down, pulling through. Again, though, for the price I can't really complain too much. I should also mention that the lid that comes with this set is held on by a small tab that slips in under the rim of the soup insert. If you put it all together before adding soup, and push everything down into the water bath, the insert floats up and the lit falls out. On the other hand, it is difficult to get the tab holding the lid on in after you have filled the soup insert. If you pull out the soup insert, the lid falls off. However, after working with it for a bit you get the hand of it - slip the tab in to hold the lid on, but don't push it down and then let the soup push the whole assembly sink down together. When emptying it, lift the entire assembly out - rim, lid, and soup insert, and then set it down and lower the rim to the bottom, leaving the lid on top of the insert. That way it doesn't all on the floor! Again this is a small quibble about a cost-saving design feature, but depending on your staff it may be something to keep in mind.

These work great for keeping soups hot throughout the day. They are also easy to clean which makes them even more convenient and nice to use.

We originally bought a 11qt Avantco soup kettle but we found it to be far too bulky and the capacity was more than we needed for our small cafe. This has been a nice upgrade as it has a much smaller footprint and meets our needs.

Great countertop food warmer. Excellent price as well. We use this for caramel and chocolate dips in our ice cream shoppe. Just drop in the can of dip and you are in business.

Was using another product to warm hot fudge but it wasn't able to be adjusted. Got this and am so happy with it that we're about to order another. It is adjustable so it makes it easy to keep sensitive food like hot fudge and caramel warm even as the level drops through the day of using the product, all we do is adjust the temp and clean and refill after the rush! Easy to assemble and the lid is great, only thing to watch is open the lid all the way to dry off condensation - then you can rest it on the hinge for serving and it is easy to close one handed.

It looks nice and worth the money since most warmers are much more expensive. It was difficult to figure out how the clip that holds the lid open works since there were no directions.

Purchased this kettle warmer for our chili. Looks great on the counter of our front line while keeping the chili at a perfect temperature. Will be buying another one in the future.

The Avantco 6 quart food and soup warmer works perfect. Didn't need the big and bulky 11 quart soup kettle. The 6 quart warmer is slim and clean looking.

I purchased this item to melt down caramel for caramel apples. While it did do the job it took a long time for it to heat the caramel to the necessary temperature.

What's not to love?! We use these for everything from pasta sauce, cheese sauce, to soups and stews. They hold temp really well and make handling a rush a dream with the built in hinged lit and spacing for the ladle.

This warmer has been perfect for holding our Hollandaise for service, since it is able to hold at lower temperatures and doesn't turn it into scrambled eggs over time by over cooking it. Fantastic price, considering that for us, it replaces a now discontinued Hatco sixth pan warmer and a 3rd party PID temperature controller to maintain the temp we want. Easy to keep clean, and still looks great.

I bought this warmer because it was recommended for heating and keeping caramel warm for dipping apples. It certainly doesn’t melt caramel in 1-2 hours. The first time I used it, I waited 4 1/2 hours. The caramel was still too thick, but I went ahead and dipped some apples. I tried it again and gave up after two hours. I took the caramel out and heated it in the microwave. I would not recommend this product for caramel, but it would probably be good for soups or cheese sauce.

Takes too long to heat up. The Lid is hard to put on and take off. The power cable is very short. Other than that, its basic but functional.

This warmer works just fine and suits our need at our soft serve shop. I did however have trouble trying to figure out how to get the lid to fit properly...

Had to get one of these after the health inspector said I couldn't use a crockpot any more. It holds the same volume as what I was using previously, has a greater variety of temps and holds it at the correct temperature without burning the soup.

Great little steamwell. We use ours for soup or oatmeal in the mornings. Be advised: this is a small unit and doesn't hold as much product as other soup server/hotwell units. The upside: small footprint.

This warmer is great for keeping soup and any sauces hot. I am not happy with the design. The inner stainless steel shell is hard to remove. The separate collar is cumbersome.

Great warmer for our boba. The lowest setting keeps them just pleasantly hot and doesn’t go dry over a 10 hour period. Someone else mentioned their issue with the lid not being obvious on how to attach it and it isn’t obvious. But, look at the photos to see how to keep the lid on.
